Hi, I ve been doing doing the 100mile level 0 plan almost for 18 weeks, and has gone very well. My race is Leadville 100 almost in 15 days. I have two questions:
    1) tappering its more about feelling or should I stick to the follow races in the plan doing them as I fell?
    2) with the Level 0 program, any recommendation on how to plan my race in temrs of hours or pace I should aim for?
    Thanks!

I’m glad your training is going well. I strongly recommend that you follow the taper as it’s written. There’s a science to tapering, and it’s easy to do it suboptimally without coaching.

Race pacing depends much more on individual ability than on the training you’ve done. Two runners could follow the same plan and run very different paces on race day. Is this your first ultra? Past experience is the best guide. If it’s your first 100-miler, your training paces will provide the most solid basis for your race pacing strategy.

Thanks Matt! I will stick until the end even for tappering period.

    Yes I have done some ultras, 3 of 50k, one 60k, like 3 80/85 and one 90.

So I hope I can perform and enjoy on my first 100miles.
