Hi 80/20 Team,
my 70.3 level 1 plan is going really well =)
I initially planned to take a full week off (week 12), because of international business travel. However, the trip got cancelled. Originally, I had planned to continue with my plan with transition week 12 after my return.
Now, I am unsure what to do. Shall I run two transition weeks back to back or shall I move the next training block one week up and add one more week to the block by duplicating the 12h week (week 14) and add a bit (1h) of low Z2 cycling? i.e., transition week 12, week 13, week 14, week 14 + 1h, transition week 15…
So far I have had no problems with recovery, but I am not sure if it is too risky to increase the volume like this.
Do you have any suggestions?
