I am new to PeakTraining and 80/20 Endurance. I have used the polar watch and polar flow to track my runs and exercises. I have set up a 80/20 Marathon plan in trainingpeaks. The runs integrate from polar flow back into TrainingPeaks one completed. However, I don’t have the trainingpeaks run plan from trainingpeaks in the polarflow application.

    1. Is there a way for me to load the marathon training plan for trainingpeaks to the polar flow application?
    2. Also is there a way update as I modify the plan as I progress through each week?

    Thanks

    Hi,
I don’t use polar flow, but have you looked here https://help.trainingpeaks.com/hc/en-us/articles/221307448-Polar-Flow-Autosync

If that does not help then Training Peaks customer service are very helpful.

Re modifying your plan. Not sure I understand why you would modify the plan as you go through it – I usually modify at the start of the week eg to add a Threshold Test. You do the modifications in Training Peaks (on a desktop) and that will filter down to polar flow once you have the integration set up. This is with Training Peaks premium. I can’t remember if you can edit with the free version.

    Hope that helps.

Yes. I have set that up; it transfers data from Polar to TrainingPeaks. I was looking for away to transfer from TP to Polar training plan portion.

From looking at TP help it looks like you cant integrate from TP to PF, which is a bummer. I would contact TrainingPeaks to confirm in case there is a workaround.

Not ideal – but there may be a way of creating the corresponding structured workout in PF (there is in Garmin Connect). After a while you get a library of workouts and it is not too much work to replicate what is in TP.

Hopefully someone here with a Polar device will chip in with more knowledge
