    Hello There,

    Just a question around the assumption of the my swim pace during the workout. I’m still getting my technique right around swimming. I can see that the swim day assumed that I swim 200m in 2:55 for example. Is this something I can change or I should not worry about the time and focus on the distance and heart rate zone?



    Have you established your swim pace zones yet? If not, you need to. Read here:

    Pace is the recommended swim metric. Once you’ve established your zones with a CV test (I prefer the 1000 yard test) then your workouts are distance based at appropriate zone pacing.
