I have a question more out of curiosity than practical advice: if I found level 2 too easy, but didnt have time to do 2 sessions a day as planned in level 3, would it make sense to use level 3 and omit the second run of the day on days it is scheduled?
tnx and happy holidays

Not using a specific marathon plan, I just was wondering after lookin at the level 3, if after a couple of level 2 plans like the 10k and the HM could it be possible switch to marathon level 3 even if I can’t run 2 sessions per day(because of family and working time), maybe just sometimes. I really liked the level 3 intensity
If you feel comfortable with the Level 3 intensity then you can give it a shot! I would try to minimize the adjustments to the plan as much as possible so you get the most benefit. Of course family and work are always a factor and can restrict time for 2/ day sessions.
