I finished 70.3 Victoria on 29 May. Since then I have done 2 weeks of non structured Zone 1 and 2 work. More focus on fun. We also drove across Canada last week with 2 toddlers across 3 time zones. Physically my body is feeling very good, but mentally just a bit fatigued from the drive and time zone adjustment.
I have an OLY TRI coming up on 14 August. I was planning on using the OLY LV1 to prepare for it. It is a 16 week plan. Should I start at week 1 or somewhere deeper into the program so that I hit the race specific prep in time for the race?
