I’m living in Amman, Jordan, which is an issue for swimming, therefore I only have access to my practices on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays. This situation doesn’t work with my whole plan. Could you please fix it in order to have my swimmings on these days only?

Thanks for checking in and using our plans. We’re not able to customize your plan directly, but you can move your swim workouts to T TH Sat with minimal consequence. While the swim order we have in your plan is considered ideal, the recovery from swimming is so quick that you can swim on any day and move them as needed.

Your T TH Sat distribution is also excellent, as it maintains your swim frequency nicely.
