    Is CT31 the FTP test workout?

    The 20-minutes protocol (95% of 20-min) is best represented in the CT30 and CT4

    The 30-minute protocol (100% of 30 min) is best represented in the CT8, CT10, and CT12

    The CT31 is a 24-minute TT, so it’s right in-between the two.

    You don’t need to use a formatted 80/20 workout. Warmup, 20 or 30-minute TT, cooldown is all you need.
