I’m using the power plan for biking and I’ve noticed the power zones in the written description are not matching the power zones programmed on the workouts. I’m using a Hammerhead Karoo 2 linked to TrainingPeaks directly for my workouts. Am I missing some settings somewhere?
It’s also possible that your device is set to Erg mode and not “Free” mode (the name of this mode varies by device, but the mode where you can set you own freely chosen intensity). If you are set to Erg mode, then the device will chose a fixed intensity as opposed to a range.
