Brick or no Brick Level 1 HIM week 11 plan

    I’m starting week 11 of the HIM Level one Pace-BikeHRE plan and just noticed I have both a run and bike scheduled for today (Monday).

    Week 10 has day shown as optional brick workout and Week 13 has the workout shown as a brick workout. Just wanting to know if this workout is to be done as a brick or not. Earlier note in the plan says if not designated as a brick then it’s preferable to do the run first so I’d go that way if this isn’t an oversight in the plan description.

    B, sorry for the delay in the response. If there is no BRO or BR card, the workout is designed to be done AM and PM. BRO is optional brick, BR is scheduled brick, no card is separate workouts.

    However, it really still can be done as a brick still, our schedule is just a best-case scenario.
