The difference in demands between a 320KM ride and a 70.3, or even a IM plan, are too big to adjust the plan. To conquer 320km, you’ll need a dedicated cycling plan.
As a an 80/20 monthly subscriber, you have access to the 80/20 workout library and can use those workouts as a base to create a plan. You’ll want something like this:
– 10, 12, 14, 8, 12, 14, 10, 6 hours of cycling each week for the next 8 weeks.
– You can swim and run as well, but keep the running to no more than 2 hours a week.
– Longest ride should be something like 4, 5, 6, 4, 7, and 8 hours over the next 6 weeks.
