Hi, tested positive this weekend, so isolating at home. I’m on the second week of a block of training, several weeks into a marathon training programme. I do not have a treadmill, but I have a turbo trainer and it is really my only option – but how do I go about replicating the training?

I’m very experienced with cycling on the turbo and have trained extensively in the past. However, my last training cycle ended last Spring, not been on the bike much since. I subscribe to Trainerroad, so able to access their ‘Train Now’ feature.

Do I look to mimic the type of sessions I was prescribed for running, or do I knock this week on its head and just go with endurance riding?

    Any help is much appreciated!!
