Cycling FTP Boost Plan for triathletes

    Hi Guys

    It’s the off-season and I’d really like to focus on my weak triathlon leg – the bike! My FTP could use a boost!

    Is it possible to combine the FTP Booster plan with running and swimming somehow?

    Gareth, I think you can follow the same guidelines for cross training found in our document, and replace some of the EZC workouts with swim and run.

    We’ll update the Understanding Your 80/20 Cycling Plan with a similar set of cross-train instructions soon.
