    Hi, Looking at buying one of the plans below but just not sure how different they are. I know the naming of them does give the game away somewhat however is it possible to see a sample day or week between them as I am not sure which one I will be most suited to ? :-s

    ====Plan 1:====
    80/20 Running: 2020 Edition Ultra 100 Mile Level 0 (Power-based, 4 to 10 Hours per Week)

    ====Plan 2:====
    80/20 Running: 2020 Edition Ultra 100 Mile Level 0 (Pace-based, 4 to 10 Hours per Week)

    ====Plan 3:====
    80/20 Running: 2020 Edition Ultra 100 Mile Level 0 (4 to 10 Hours per Week)

    Thank you

    Fahad,

    You bet! These plans differ only in how the workout measures your intensity: HR, Pace or Power. Our default plan delivers your workouts to you by HR, but you can also measure your workout intensity by Pace or Power. These workout take advantage of the TrainingPeaks structured workout format, which allows you to train by your preferred intensity type.

    We have a full description of the intensity type differences on our Structured Workout page.

    Although you asked about just the Level 0 plans, you might also find our Level Comparison Chart helpful in determining the difference between the Levels as well.

    David
