Hi all — sorry if this has been answered elsewhere, I couldn’t find it anywhere! Many of the plans (especially the triathlon plans) have double-workout days in the plan. My life-schedule often doesn’t allow the flexibility to get in two workouts in a day, especially Monday through Friday. Any suggestions on the best approach to modifying a plan to fit? I know choosing one of the lower-volume plans (i.e. Level 0) is an option, but if I’m okay with more total volume and simply want to not do two separate workouts in a day, does it even make sense to try to modify a higher-level plan? Thanks!

Probably the most straightforward approach to making this type of modification is to choose a plan with few or no doubles and level up the individual workouts. That way you’re working out with the same frequency and you’re still doing the same types of workouts that are in the plan, but you’re making each workout count a little more. The process entails grabbing those harder workouts from the workout library, dropping them onto your calendar, and deleting the planned workouts individually.

That is straightforward enough for sure. Thanks!
