Extending 22 Week Plan to 28 Weeks

    In preparation for IM WI I purchased your 22 week IM plan and strength plan but would like to extend to 28 weeks. My plan was to repeat weeks 1-3 and 4-6. For example: week 1,2,3,1,2,3,4,5,6,4,5,6,7,8,9…22. Any suggestions or guidance is appreciated. Thank you!

    That should work just fine. Another option would be to start with a maintenance strength plan and transition to the IM strength plan, but that would require a separate purchase.
