I’m just starting a 70.3 plan. I’m doing level 0 due to the level of time I can commit overall. However I’m noticing I’m ahead of the long run and bike times through my current training. I’m going to be on the slower end of the spectrum so wondered if it was worth staying slightly ahead of plan in the long bike/run session (by 15-30 mins only) to (a) give myself a bit of buffer and (b) get slightly longer training distances in as not sure I’d train to the full distance of each segment otherwise.
Or should I just stick to the plan as is😁?
    Thank you

Go for it. As I often say in response to questions of this kind, we offer training plans in four levels. There are more than four levels of athlete. Some fine-tuning is usually need to make a good plan fit a great fit.
