    hi guys and thanks for taking the time to read me , ok i just want to double check on things

    to set my zones

    first a i gotta do my threshhold test for a 5k with a heart rate monitor

    then i gotta use the calcular on the website and then input them on my garmin zonez correct

     

    then thoss are my personal  zones for 80/20

     

    any feedback is more than welcomed
