From Olympic to Half 10 weeks later

    I’m about a month out from an Olympic, and have signed up for a half marathon 10 weeks later. Where in a half marathon plan should I start to have the best results? Should I just extend my longer foundation runs now to build a bit of an extra run base?


    given you will have a good amount of fitness from your Olympic Distance training I would recommend having a week of light training and then applying the half marathon plan with the finish date specified – so you start the plan in week 7.
