    Hi all,

Is there any documentation on how to use the goal specific plans? I’m interested in doing a swim stronger and/or an FTP builder in the off season but also don’t want to lose what I’ve built up in the other triathlon disciplines.

Additionally, is there a way to leverage some of these given my limited time (~1 hour weekdays)?

    Thanks!

    Hi N,

Each of our plans comes with supporting documentation. Are you wanting to know about the plans themselves or combining our goal-focused plans?

    Hi Leyla,

Thanks for the response. I’m wondering really about the following:

Is there a way to maintain fitness in the other two disciplines – for example, if I do a 16 week swim stronger, I’d like to keep up some biking and running to stay on top of things if possible.

If there’s a way to layer on these plans, is there any docs on how to do it or what to do? Let’s say I do the swim stronger plan, are there any general recommendations about adopting a run or bike once/twice a week to keep things moving.

    Hi N,

Yes you can do our swim stronger plan combined with biking and running. We recommend that if you are doing triathlon or multisport training that you use the Level 0 plan to account for the volume from the other 2 sports. In this case if the focus is on swimming and just maintaining your bike and run using the swim strong plan combined with our triathlon maintenance plan would work well and you would simply replace the schedule workouts with the swims in the swim stronger plan.

    Hope that answers your quesitons.

    Cheers
