I’ve just started Half Marathon Level 2 and am unsure what pace to race at. Is there a suggested week I can perform a ‘Simulator’ race similar to Marathon Level 2 to run 8 miles at race pace?
Yes, check out the long runs for weeks 7, 10, and 13. These are all deliberate race-pace simulators between 9 and 13km.
