How to modify plan for short training duration to race day

    I completed a 70.3 on May 29th and then took a week off training which began again today, June 6th with a short Z1 ride. I have 6 weeks until my next 70.3 on July 17th.

    What is the best strategy to re-activate or begin my training again. I purchase two 80/20 training programs, the 18-week maintenance and the 18-week Level 1 2022 Edition 70.3 program based on HR and power (bike). I do my swim and run workouts based mostly upon pace.

    So, is there a short 80/20 program or do I just copy and paste the last 6 weeks of the 70.3 program?


    Why not apply the plan with an end date of your race day?

    You can copy paste last 6 weeks or apply the plan from the end date of your race to have the last 6 week populated on your calender.
