    I need to change my training plan for an Oly one. The race will be on 9 August.

    Juan, all set, I’ve loaded the Oly Level 1 Power and Power plan to end on Aug 9.

    Congratulations on your virtual 70.3 event the other day! I took a peak at your calendar. Blistering bike time!

    Feel free to take some time off this week to revoer, and I don’t have you back to formal training until Monday.

    David, thanks! It was nice and someway “easy”, I fell I can hold a little more power on the bike leg. This wknd I’m doing virtual Oly, but I don’t feel like racing, just to attending.

    About the Oly Level 1 training, are you still thinking I’m not ready for Level 2?

    Not at all! Since you were on the Level 1 70.3 plan, I used the same level for the Oly plan. Give me the word and I’ll switch you to Level 2.
