I purchased the triathlon maintenance plan and the complementary strength maintenance plan. When both populated TrainingPeaks, it looks like one of the strength days is on the only rest day in the tri plan. I can simply shift the strength days over one but am wondering if there are any recommendations for adjusting this so I have one day off entirely each week? Thank you!
Yes you can shift the strength days to another day of the week to get a “total day off” if this works for you. You can do this by drag and dropping the workout, or applying your strength plan to start on a Tuesday for instance to set the strength workouts to not start on your rest day. Then the only other consideration is, if you are working on “strength” then the strength sessions will come before your endurance training, if building aerobic base, and can adjust your load for fatigue, then strength sessions will come after your endurance training.
