Is Tri Maintenance on TP the same as the book?

    Hi

    Quick question: is the tri maintenance plan available on Training Peaks the same as the plan in the 80/20 Triathlon book?

    Chris, yes they are the same plans. Certainly, we are able to make slight improvements and correct errors in the online version that we can’t do in the book, so they are not 100% the same, but at least 97% the same.
