My 10-year-old daughter is showing some interest in running long distance. Curious if you have any suggestions or training plans that would be appropriate for kids to help build endurance. Also, I see this as a great opportunity to bond with my daughter while also getting back in shape. Sounds like a triple win.

Right now, we have some plans set up for High School Cross Country athletes but nothing set up for younger kids. You may benefit finding a local run coach that works with kids and can understand the ever changing body, especially a young female.
