My current values are (based on 20 minute test):
Threshold Heart Rate: 174
Threshold Pace: 6:19 Min/KM
After I done a RP20 (Progression Run) today my Garmin watch detected a new threshold values
Threshold Heart Rate: 173
Threshold Pace: 5:50 Min/KM
Should i use the Garmin values to set my 8020 running zones?
You don’t have to update your zones each time Garmin detects a new threshold pace. Your best bet would be to keep the original values you set when you did your initial run test.
