I’ve started the level 2 half-ironman plan ~3 weeks ago. My local pool is limited to 45 min per lane due to COVID-19 restrictions. Most of the time I am able to complete 80-90% of the required swimming training for any given day. The real issue tends to be the long and low intensity swims (i.e. 3000 yds). What’s the best way to make use of and prioritize the 45 mins given? Combine with dryland training? https://www.8020endurance.com/dryland-swim-workout/

That’s what I would do. Just fit in what you can in the pool and make up the difference with drylands training. The athletes I coach one-on-one have tended to benefit quite a lot from band work–so much so, in fact, that some are keeping it in the mix even with full pool access.
