    Hi all,

Do the work and family commitments, I prefer a low frequency program (like in the L0 plans) but I need and I’m able to sustain a higher overall volume (similar to L2 plan).

So, what is your opinion on such programing? 2 sessions per week per discipline but with longer workouts. I plan to start from a L0 plan and choose similar workouts with those prescribed only that longer (CCI5 instead of CCI1 etc.)

It is doable to obtain with this kind of programing similar result with a L1-L2 plan?

Thanks for asking! I had the same question. When I was working from home, I could easily run 6 days a week. But once I had to start commuting again, that dropped down to 4x a week, maybe 5x on a good week. Yet, still able to handle 40+mpw.
