I have done my first HM thanks to the LVL0 HM plan. It was a lot of fun but due to a lot of travels over the next month I will be only able to participate in the next run in fall. However I would like to increase my fitness level further.
I had a look at the maintenance plans but they seem to start at a way lower level in terms of duration per week than the last training weeks of the HM plan. What is the best way to go about this? Just follow one of the maintenance plans and reduce volume? Or adapt one of the training plans?

Our run maintenance plan is designed to maintain your fitness in between race specific blocks, so the volume will be a little lower, but with consistency you will still build fitness if you stick with that plan. If you wanted to target a specific run fitness elements such as speed or endurance I would also recommend you check out our goal focused plans to add in before you start your next race specific plan.
