Congrats on your recent Half Marathon and so glad to hear you had fun!
Our run maintenance plan is designed to maintain your fitness in between race specific blocks, so the volume will be a little lower, but with consistency you will still build fitness if you stick with that plan. If you wanted to target a specific run fitness elements such as speed or endurance I would also recommend you check out our goal focused plans to add in before you start your next race specific plan. Strength training is also a very good add in with the maintenance plans.
