With the new 12 week meantal training plan,
Is there a recommended application when adding to the TP calendar? Start with a trauning plan, end with a training plan end, or it doesn’t matter? I currently have 14 weeks left on my Marathon Level 1 plan.
As a follow-up, it is designed to be repeated on longer plans?

Recommend having it end with the race or end of plan – so add it to the last 12 weeks of your plan! You can absolutely repeat it if you are doing a longer plan. It will sync well with your training plan progression, and tapering.
