More questions about Stronger Swim plans

    1. In the structured workouts there are no rest periods included. Do we just hang out at the end of the interval however long the plan calls to rest?

    2. I’m also doing a half marathon training plan at the same time as the swim stronger plan. Can I use the swim workouts to satisfy the aerobic cross training workouts in the running plan?






    I apologize for the late response.  It appears that my initial response was lost somewhere.

    Regardless, your rest time between the sets will vary depending on your fitness level.  Once you finish one set, you should take some time to look at the next set, and be ready to go.

    You can certainly overlay the swim stronger plan with a half marathon training plan.  It would be a great way to cross train for your run event.
