Multiple Running Workouts on Same Day

    I find it easier scheduling wise, to do the recovery workout first in the AM, and then do the harder workout later in the day.. is that ok?

    GrGizmo,

    Which plan are you on?  I’m unfamiliar with a double run on our plans.   If you can share a screenshot of the day, that would be great!

    Yes, it is okay to do the easy run first. There’s a comment in one of the recovery runs that address it, but the comment is in a later week. As long as you have a few hours between the runs, you are all good.

    Yes, as maddenap mentioned, you can do the easy run first.   Comments within the workouts themselves are super helpful for insight within the plan itself.
