New Masters Plan query/

    Are the new Masters Plans available to non-subscribers, I cant see them on the Training Plans pages. I might be interested in the Half Marathon L(2?). Do you have to do cross training – I dont have the equipment or time to go to a gym.


    I’d love to see previews as well 🙂 I did get a sneak peek at one when it was applied to my calendar accidentally, and I’m very interested in the possibility of a 9-day training cycle, AND I really like the workouts in the 5k level 2 plan. So I’m hoping that there would be a 9 day training cycle, but with very similar type workouts, just arranged, spread out differently.

    Been reading a lot of articles that 9 or 10 days might be beneficial for any runner, not just masters, so I’m curious 🙂

    Hi FD,
    The Masters Running Plan are currently only available to 80/20 subscribers. We will announce when they are published in the TrainingPeaks Plan store for non-subscribers to purchase outright. You don’t have to do the cross-training but it is highly recommended and an integral part of these plans to reduce injury risk.
