New on subscription -> Plan not available

    Hi there,

    I am new on the subscription side. I wonder if the plan is included in TP only after manual effort from the 80/20-Team (meaning it takes some time for the plan to be visible in my account).
    I thought it would be included automatic like if you would use the purchased plans.
    Thanks for your experience.

    Hi A,
    Glad to hear you are all sorted. Your initial set up is completed by a member of the 80/20 Staff manually to ensure everything is applied correctly for you. This means it can be a few business hours until we get to all our new subscribers!
