Hey team I live in the Netherlands and don’t have access to any hills or a treadmill to easily adjust incline. Any suggestions for replacing the RHR26 (hill rep runs) in my program? I’m on the level 2 marathon prep plan, structured workouts by heart rate

    Hi Daskin,

Completing those intervals on any repeatable section of road that has even a very slight grade will be helpful. The purpose of hill repeats is to strengthen the legs, so if you really have roads with slight grades, or stairwells, or multistory parking garages etc, then ensuring you are doing strength training will ensure you get this leg strengthening and doing the intervals as laid out but on your available terrain will provide the stimulus you are looking for from these sessions.
