I follow this plan: 80/20 OCR: 2023 Edition Long Course Level 2 (Power-based, 5.5-7.5 hrs per week)
And there is strength max and such exercises:
squat
Bench Press
Pull-Up with Hang
and
Overhead Press
Chops
and
bear crawl
Farmers Walk
Would it be a good idea to combine it into a super series?
1a Squat
1b Bench Press
1c Pull-Up with Hang
2a Overhead Press
2b Chops
3a Bear Crawl
3b Farmers Walk
And the break between supersets is about 3-4 minutes, and I go from exercise to exercise without a break.
In this way, I will shorten the total time of the entire training,
I did the first exercises in 4 series, and now I plan to do 6 series, from 4 series I started, doing 6 series.
