Running 8 Tuff Miles on the island of St. John, USVI in February. It is 8.25 miles and 1,500 feet of uphill in total…the 1,500 feet uphill is all over the first 5.5 miles with steep sections and the rest downhill to the finish. My PB is 1:04 and I want to break an hour. 10K Level 2 would be closest distance, but not sure if Run Faster Level 2 would be better. Any thoughts?

R, what a fun event! I’m confident that the 10K will be a better choice than the Run Faster plan. And, I actually think the HM plan is better than the 10K for this event based on the estimated time.
