Off season strength plan?

    I didnt see anything listed in the plans, but I would certainly be interested in a plan that takes people through strength training in their off-season.

    I know my way around a weight room enough and have enough knowledge to get stronger, but there are definitely times I wonder if I am building appropriately/periodized enough to maximize my gains. (how often/long do i do lighter weights and more reps versus high weights and low reps among other questions.

    Just a thought.

    Curry, we have this in our Maintenance Plan which is paired with out Premium Strength plan. See https://www.8020endurance.com/plans/strength-and-mobility-plans/?fwp_plan_type=maintenance

    Candidly, they are very similar to the regular season strength plans, and I’d say the only periodized component is the lower volume of the combined plan plus strength.
