Only have 11 weeks to train for half marathon

    Just finished up training andnracing the Olympic dis tri. I used the 8020 plan and loved it. I am signed up for a half mary Oct 2nd. All of the plans are 15 weeks. Shluld i just by rhe 15 week plan and start at the 4th week? Thank you!

    Sounds like you have a good base of fitness from your Olympic distance training so you will be fine starting in week 4 of a plan 70.3 plan. Just make sure you don’t increase the volume too much from your current training load. So start at or about 10-15% above your current training volume for your first week on the new plan.
