How do you determine your pace zones in TP regarding this plan? Is there any guideline what zone 1, zone 2 etc. equals in %? Or is there a auto calculation method used for these plans?

TP has 80/20 zones set-up in the system. Once you know your Lactate Threshold pace, you can use that to establish the zones in TP. The plan comes with the % preplanned in each workout.
