Peak week customization

    Hello!

    Currently in the midst of training with marathon training level 0, I know plan customization is not a big deal but I wasn’t sure if this still applied for the peak week. I had hoped to switch the first three days with the last three so my peak week would look like this:

    Monday- rest day
    Tuesday- R5K1
    Wednesday RF28
    Thursday- RL34
    Friday- rest day
    Saturday- OUR4
    Sunday- RF28

    Is this a reasonable adjustment?

    I don’t see any issues with this adjustment. You still have the workouts spaced out so there is adequate recovery between the harder sessions and the longer run.
