Plan sequencing

    hi, i just signed up for a 80/20 membership.. and as a runner i started planning the upcoming 2024 racing season. I would like to run 2 HM in a 8 weeks span. first one on october 6 followed by another one on dec 1st  to end my season. How should i sequence the 2 plans? i’ll start in june with the level 2 power based HM 15 weeks plan, then should i jump back into week 8 of the plan, or should i take a recovery week and start from week 9 on the next monday? or should i use a bridge plan, and in that case, wich one?

    Great goals for 2024!   With 2 HM races 8 weeks apart, I would recommend you take a look at the Bridge Plans.  Matt wrote a great article about the plans and how to understand them which can be found here: https://www.8020endurance.com/understanding-your-80-20-endurance-run-bridge-plan/
