I now used a 70.3 plan for the first race, loaded the Ironman plan for the second, whereby I skipped the first weeks. Idea is to take the first and second week after the 70.3 easy and then start into the third week. In total I will have the last 12 weeks of the ironman plan. I think that would be fine.
