The planned TSS for my cycling workouts is way off – like unattainably so (710 in most workouts where my actual is more like 20). Planned speed is considerably higher than I am currently capable of in my calculated heart rate zones as well. I read the suggested documents, but differences are far greater than they describe. Is there an adjustment I need to make somewhere? The swim and run planned TSS are more realistic. Appreciate any help, thanks!
