I am following a lvl 2 HIM plan and am trying to plan a vacation trip with the family during a low volume week (week 10 of 19). I’ll be able to get the run and swim workouts in, and I can possibly do the bike workouts on a spin bike. I’ve got 3 bike sessions on the schedule that week. My question is, is a spin bike good enough for CF9, CT31, and CAn4? Alternatively, what else can I substitute the bike workouts with? Rowing? more running?
