Just wondering if anyone has any workarounds for training zone calculations (using POWER) whislt wearing a weight vest?
Given that the calculations use body weight, I’m guessing the calculated power zones will be underestimating the amount of ‘work’ being done if I’m wearing a vest (I use Garmin Enduro 2 and Running Dynamics pod.
I could change my weight each time I use the vest in Garmin and then change back afterwards, but wondering if anyone has any other suggestions?

    Mark,
Doesn’t look like any other forum users have a work around for this and can’t say I do either. How often are you intending to do weight vest treadmill work? I am assuming this is an early session training strategy? Are you wanting to keep your TSS and CTL in training peaks super accurate, or do you use your vest a lot in your training cycles? I personally would just switch to HR (HRtss in TP) for these type of workouts to assess the work that way when the accuracy of the power reading would be less reliable due to the added weight vest.

    Cheers
    Leyla
