Hi, I have the 2023 80/20 running level 3 power-based marathon plan. When I bought it I specifically asked if it is compatible with Stryd. Now I discover that when you actually do the workouts on the Garmin it shows the Garmin power field – which of course is empty if you use Stryd. Has anyone managed to replace the Garmin power fields with Stryd? thanks a lot, csaba

You’ll need to download and install the Stryd Workout app or the Stryd Zone app.

Personally I use the Workout app as it syncs the running workouts from TrainingPeaks to the watch.

+1. Also see the link below for how to setup. One point I keep forgetting is the need to manually set Critical Power on the Stryd

I also recommend using the 20 min Simultaneous test to calibrate your zones. This allows you to monitor to monitor progress on pace and HR at the same time. Sometimes your power may not improve much but pace will due to improvement in your running efficiency.
