Curious if anyone has experience using the Pulse Ox measurements for 80/20 training.
I did a RF24 workout the other day, taking a reading immediately before and after the workout. I ran about three BPM above my estimated Zone 2, starting with reading of 100% finishing at 89%. That final reading is what I would expect for the effort, a little bit more effort than appropriate for easy running, but confirming I am pretty close with my Zone 2 heart rate estimate (I think the final reading needs to be about 91?).
It’s just a point estimate at this time so it would be interesting know what others may have read or done with Pulse Ox.
