Thank you. Just load the last 5 weeks of the Oly plan and follow it as written. If you end up doing the HM, let me know.
After the 9th, I’d take at least two weeks off, and 4 is just fine. By “off” I mean no formal training, train as you feel, but but more than 6 hours a week and no running for the first week.
Strength training is good, but not essential for that rest period.
